The DCDC's first meeting was in Dyersburg on July 17, 2006. At the second meeting (Tuesday, July 25, 2006) State Rep. Craig Fitzhugh was honored by the committee and citizens of his district for his work in restoring funds to the state's health care program. At the third gathering on November 3 a health care public hearing discussed.
